Do you know is there a way to change your profile background randomly when you refresh?
It doesn't matter if it is online or not (i mean, it is ok if others can't see the change), i will enter image url's and it will randomly show it.

No, not as far I know, Steam profile background are set with only a manual change not changing like a slideshow.

I can change it with userstyle, but i am not sure how to change it randomly. I think it requires javascript, which i don't know well :/

You can't do it in Steam. You can do it in your browser though.
