Refund 2 Hour Help (SOLVED)
So, I recently bought cities skylines, for the second time. Originally, it was so bad on my Mac because I was dumb and downloaded too many mods. So I refunded it at like 115 minutes playtime.

Recently, I bought it again and unsubscribed all my mods. I looked all online and people were saying it worked on MacOS Catalina so I was happy. Unfortunately, it didn't. I hit launch, waited for 20 minutes, then did it again, never launched.

So because of this, I decided I want to refund my $30 again. Although, the time my game was not launching, I guess was counted as playtime and it now says "2 Hours". I know the refund policy is 2 hours and purhased within 14 days. Does this mean I cannot refund because it is 2 hours, but probably some minutes after that?

Im sorry can you explain this again? I dont really get what you are saying.
You aren't guarrenteed a refund. Playtime is for total playtime of the game regardless if you refunded it. Follow the instructions provided.

UPDATE: The refund request was accepted in a very fast 30 minutes with no further action.
