I cant send steam gifts from my inventory

Hi I purchased 2 new games as gifts which were sent straight to my inventory. Now whenever I try and click 'Send Gift', it comes up with a broken lookin ass menu, in which I can't select any recipients and I can't send the gift. Does anyone else have this issue?

You're in the gift note section click on that arrow next to Gift Delivery you could write a short a note to the recipient.then proceed?

I bought several gifts and never saw a menu like yours. Try just clicking on the arrow next to Gift Delivery maybe you clicked on one too many

ok so you have already used the wallet earlier to day?
There is some kind of hold using the wallet more than once in a day to buy a gift as well a game for yourself.
For the 2nd purchase> gift you will need to use the credit card payment or Pay Pal.
Too many steam members have been abusing the wallet system during sales to bulk buy games.

re-schedule it for tomorrow on that page your on .
Put tomorrows date into that .then continue.
To check progress of gifts.
Open Games at the top of Steam client>Management Gifts and Guests Passes.
Your game should be listed there in the Gift. You then click on manage gifts. but dont do anything unless you wanted to cancel it
Just close that window.

fyi these gifts say non-tradeable. and i can't even redeem them for myself hmm...
