My Level dosn't up
Hi, I went to Euro 5 for steam and bought dead by daylight dlc and I didn't get up, maybe you know why?

How did you add/spend the 5 euros? Not all forms of payment are equal: IE digital gift cards.

How did you add these 5 euro? Card, physical wallet card? If it was a digital gift card from a friend, those do not count.

For starters, you don't need to buy things if you don't want to -- it's sufficient to put $5 into the wallet.

HOWEVER, digital gift cards don't work. You have the following options to unlimit an account:

a) use https://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds to put money into the wallet
b) use a card bought in a store to put money into the wallet
c) buy a game using non-wallet money

It has to add up to $5 eventually.
