steam asks for my billing information since the new update when i want to purchase from my balance/wallet. i dont have a credit card tho.. i only have a normal banking card. what should i fill in?

Your address, which should be the same as the one for your card. Not sure what you mean by "banking card"... You mean debit card?

yeah, i live in the netherlands. at the age of 18 most ppl only have a debit card. the card i use uses different terminology then "billing adress". should i just fill in my IBAN (International bank account number)??

They are asking for your address. You know, the street and city where you live. That address should be the same as the one registered to your card.

Yeah, last time I looked at it, my IBAN didn't have a first name, last name, city, zip-code or phone number... "Billing address" is the only slightly confusing field, but back when I got it, I guessed that it's the street, because that's the most logical assumption given all the other fields that have strikingly obvious labels...

i really do not understand why you are trying to act all "smart". For me the field "Billing adress" was just confusing. Because of the dutch terminology used here it is just a little bit confusing and i wanted to make sure i was filling in the right thing.

Billing is where your pay check comes in, home address is where you live, shipping is where you receive your package. VAT is value added tax, met andere woorden btw. En nee, je iban niet invullen.
