I'd be cautious of the Neo-geo stuff as well, I think its dotEmu that released most of them but there's a reason why some of the trailers look like there chugging with frame rates all over the place, it's because their emulation software makes the game chug and drop frame rates all over the place so they just recorded what was there.
Own most of them on here, I've played Metal Slug and most of the Neo Geo games on the stand up cabinets, I know emulation of them is perfect, emulation of the Neo Geo generally is spot on, not demanding either, most peoples phone would be powerful enough so the issues are down to whatever dotEmu does in their emulation IMO.
Retroarch is releasing onto Steam as well for what it's worth if you're building a stand up cabinet I don't know if that would be something to look at.
But can just use standalone Retroarch, and add it as a non steam game.
It's £25 for 59 games, you used to be able to buy them individually and in packs. Has a nice front end which is like a retro bedroom, the emulation isn't the best out there but it's decent value.
top link which shows as an error was to the actual store page for the package which doesnt display for some reason but its for sega mega drive and genesis classics collection. you can probably click through to it from alex kidd.
See if this link helps?

Yeah I wondered how I'd missed it when you posted and then realised its because its just a big grey boxlike my own post before I slid in alex kidd.
Amazon used to run great deals on the sega packs during sales, SEGA themselves have given a few away. They ran "make love not war" every valentines for years and years but havent done it for the past few years.
Games2gether which is SEGA / Amplitudes official hub mostly for the Endless series of games have given a few away as well. If youre an endless fan or owner of the games its a good site, there actually doing a giveaway at the moment of DLC for Endless Space 2 before it reverts to paid dlc.
Dig Dug, Pac Man, and Galaga $7.99.
