Insufficient privilege
La situación es la siguiente: Un amigo me regaló 7 DLC's del Warhammer: Vermintide. Al intentar aceptarlos me salta un error que dice: "Insufficient privilege", leí que para arreglarlo debía o poseer el juego (Se trata de DLC's) ó gastar 5 dolares. Hoy le regalé a él muchos DLC's de un juego que él sí tiene, y por ende gasté más de 5 dolares, y a él le saltó el mismo mensaje ("Insufficient privilege"). A la vez, me sigue saltando a mí. Es decir, ni tener el juego (En su caso) ni haber gastado dolares (En el mío) arreglo el problema

To claim the DLC, need to own the game that's a given. I don't believe account being limited will prevent him from using redeem keys.

If account is limited, he need to add funds himself to the account by either credit card, bank transfer, or Steam card from local retail. Steam gifts do not count towards his $5 USD.

what if you buy the deluxe version of a game becous for some reson i cant activate it

Deluxe edition should come with the base game so it shouldn't be a problem.

There a different from buying an upgrade to said edition which is just DLC only, doesn't include base game, and there game editions that include base game.
