It really is not.
your speculation is not fact. All it is, is you being butthurt over not being able to keep up with the program's requirements.
Ok. Then I have an insider's info whoes identity I can't reveal that Proxy got money from Siltherine to fund Vulkan transition. Because that would be the only specualtion I did. Prove me wrong, please
Also, hello, I'm saying I've got the other crashtypes on GTX 1050. And for your information, you can run rewinded Doom on mediums on 680 GTX on the very same Vulkan renderer.
Just like many other people, I always was within new minimals. But go ahead and call us beggars for not having 16XX or 20XX board.
Please, read the original post.
Stop pushing it as an scam when its clearly a hardware issue.
Meanwhile the game in generall is overall posetive.
Then take that 'information' to the FBI.
We'll be watching headlines for "dastardly game producer improved hardware and software requirements for game no one's heard of, imprisoned for LIFE!".
Tried to slander a company because you felt it didn't do what you personally wanted it to? I mean... that's all this entire thread has been.

their money back instead of that company, if you are so freaking smart [protip: you aren't]
You and others not having the desire to upgrade your computer or your OS, or whatever else might be involved, does not mean you "deserve" anything.
Again: you are not a special snowflake, they are not scamming you or anyone else.
If you believe their store page is misrepresenting the product as it CURRENTLY is available, then feel free to flag it and explain that they should update their store page to reflect the current state of game.
other than that, you are woefully mistaken about how ANY of this works.
You've just jumped to the most ridiculous conclussion only to appeal "just" to your inner self. I've told you, I bought 1050 and game is crashing on it (FYI, 600 series don't crash, but glitch).
Also, why in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ world Zepp and Adrian should be willing to upgrade their gear? They were promised by the dev that the game would be working on their specs. They were headstraight screwed up, and you dare to blame them for that.
In all freaking seriousity, it's people like you that helps companies like Rockstar and Bethesda to screw up people the most. Your opinion can't withstand a bit of criticism, but you are so proud that you have it.
Niche issues are still exactly that. 99% of players didn't experience this issue - they can't fix everything for everyone.
there are still whiners whinging about Dishonored 2 for god's sake - which is why "it was fixed for most players" is still the phrase to use.
One size fits most.
Valve cannot do anything about Rockstar or Bethesda or whoever else.
Write a letter to the actual publisher of the game, send them your heart on your sleeve if it means so very, VERY Much to you.
There are other games. If you got more than 10 hours worth of anything from the game before that point, you got your money's worth and don't get any refund whatever after 2 hours / 2 weeks just like everyone else. If the developer or publisher sees fit to PERSONALLY HAND YOU that 40 bucks or whatever the game cost, good for you.
But Steam isn't responsible for you not having the equipment needed to continue playing a game.
You might be on to something here...
First, from what I have known is that I myself has had a lot of AMD Drivers
Breaking down on me, so i'm clearly sure it's a GPU Driver issue...
AMD has a ton of Buggs right now, & some of these
take forever to get fixed, & do get reported, & AMD has this Support line
that I nearly hate using...
I have been wanting to switch from AMD to NVidea for a long time now,
but honestly, I had been thinking? Is AMD the only ones having issues
right now? What if I jump from AMD to NVidea & it turns out my problems
are not gone... Then i'm jumping into something that I should avoid doing...
Right now, i'm torn in between which Company I should be going to
for Computer Specs., I really, really wish we had a 3rd Company Choice
right now...
NVidea has these problems above, while AMD is doing things like...
Overclocked GPU's have Flux in Memory, CPU Flux, CPU clocked at 100%,
Switching from Game to Desktop, Multi-Tasking results into Black Screens,
all sorts of stuff like this...
AMD GPU 19.12.3 = Has a huge list of Good Stuff, but also lists a lot of issues
with the Update... But that is just 1 Update, so why not wait for the Next Update?
We'll I would, except this happens... 19.7.2 all the way up to 19.12.1 were all
bad Drivers, every single one of those Updates, which is over 10 Updates in
a Row, o_@ That to me sounds like a Major Problem, does it not?
