They are not affiliated with Steam or VALVe, it's like grey market resellers selling Steam keys, they are not illegal, so nobody is going to go after them, use at your own risk.

Selling GAMES from steam are against the rules and can get your account banned.

Selling items and skins is technically not against the rules but Valve will offer no protection and scams run rampant. Even on legit sites someone can buy your stuff then issue a charge back and steal your items.

Any 3rd party site is by nature never trustworthy.

You have no idea how secure they are, no idea if they are selling your credentials, etc. Heck they could sell all your credentials tomorrow for all you know.
