Safely Leveling Up

How do I safely level up. I'm fine with bots, card sellers etc. But I find that most yt videos are just promoting scam sites. Pls halp

Hey again. I tried scrap.tf but it was buggy so i closed chrome and now the prices of cards have doubles. I needed to spen 1 key and like 1 ref to get up to level 21 and now it's saying that in order to get to level 20 i need 2 keys and 10 ref. Help
