Pause Download on Steam.
Can i be able to pause a download on Steam and then turn off my pc later turn it on and continue to same download?

yes, when you click the "downloads" tab at the bottom of the window steam will show your downloads and the option to "pause" downloads at the top right.

Yes, it will automatically start back up upon next login.
