Obviously not. Valve stopped allowing Market purchases using the coupon after that. And CS:GO keys can not leave the purchasing account.

I thought there was a 200 item limit for selling on the marketplace. At least that explains my suspicion why Valve always ***** everything up.
That was removed a while ago.
