VIce city pcj 600 fix

HI there thank you for reading this discussion.SO i want to fix my gta vice city.I have been trying to mod my gta vice city after few modifications like adding cars and bikes when i try to ride pcj600 bike the wheel of it stucks to the ground. pls it would be a really good help for telling me the fix :)
