Report a translation problem
I've sent support a message asking why it was refunded, and about recovering the coupon so I could use it again about 2 days ago but they still haven't replied. Has anyone else had this issue?
Knowing Steam Support, I wouldn't be surprised if the sale is already over by the time they respond.
