How to use chat stickers

I have one in my inventory (the mailbox dance) but I can't use it in any chat window for some reason. It doesn't show up in my list of chat emotes.

Do they only appear on a web browser? That's unfortunate. I always had problems with steam in a browser.

When I tried it wasn't in the regular spot that has all the stuff you can use on the forums - it was on a different area above that which I didn't immediately notice...


PS these chat stickers can't be used on the forums

I just shift+tab and used an in-game browser - worked.
