So essentially you'd actively support a system worse than piracy that actively takes money away from developers.
Thank you for outing yourself.

Don't hijack the thread, but if you used wallet funds, you won't get those tokens.
Don't ever use that site. They're not legitimate (trusted) re-sellers.
You have better options like HumbleBundles, Fanatical or Green Man Gaming.
how you level uped? with buying games in sale?
i bought portal 2 and some other game to get tokens and it did count.
Just because some Devs claims this practice is "illegal" doesn't imply It really is. Do they not like these sites? Ban every key that is activated outside authorized channels (and same goes with Steam). Too much troubles? They don't want to do it? Their choice, barking dogs never bitten anyone.
I often use 3rd party resellers, never felt guilty for anything and none should: infact, in the remote case you buy something coming from a fraud, your key is rewoked, you lose your money and move on, considering you accepted the risk.
Now I'm plenty of games bought at low prices that I'm enjoying very much and nothing illegal has been done, just once (over a hundred transactions) I bought a Siberia 2 key already redeemed, lost 0,80€ but whatever.
In conclusion, If you feel that overpaying a game in your region is a good and fair practice just because the devs say so, good for you, I'm not judging the way you spend your money.
But I, for example, am not gonna pay 39,99€ for Shovel Knight: TT when in Argentina is sold (among sales on Steam) for 6.65€ with a recorded low of 2.11€ (Europe only 9.89€). If companies want globalism, fair enough, i'm gonna play their very same game, and keep buying stuff from whoever offers me the lowest price as they do.
