Well, if DE fails to win "story rich" award I'll lose my trust in steam awards
This is compounded when you see names like "Far Cry" or "Gears" which are both household names.
I'm not saying it's fair, just how human nature is.
All games were nominated by steam users, that is who your "problem" is with. The games that will win will be those voted for by users.
3 weeks is not much time between nominations and final voting.

I was hoping the title would earn a nomination, too.
Disco Elysium came out at october and got 6200+ positive reviews.
