On the positive side, this means it's NOT the classic case of "we have your money, so we'll deal with the problem when we're bored". They are not actually getting your money while they have the problem, which usually means they'll deal with it MUCH faster.

Same here. My spouse tried to buy me a gift, paid with Visa, order ended up showing as "pending" for an hour before we decided to cancel the purchase and tried with my account & paypal. Tried both through the website & the app.

I'm getting this error message: "Your purchase has not been completed.
The payment processor has reported an authorization failure. Please select a different payment method."

if i got authorization failure, at least it would be an excuse. im just being told the process could not be completed, please contact Steam Support.
