MBps / MB/s = Megabytes per second.
What are you trying to say?
In any case, your download speed is not indicative of what you'll get from actual Steam downloads. You have to consider server congestion, server proximity, time of day, and a few other factors. Your average download speed from a particular server might be pretty good, but occasionally may go to faster or slower extremes.
Also, for a lot of people, the internet connection iself is the bottleneck, not the connection to the router.
