Mass Effect 2 Bug - Need Help - Can't speak to illusive man

Hi, looked on-line but not found anything to help. I've assembled all the crew I need, talked to everyone on the ship and been told "The Illusive Man Wishes to Speak to You" in the Comm Room. I go in, press the button but nothing happens.

I can't even use the map because Joker says I have to go a talk to him.

I really need help here guys.
