About steam wallet

If we buy steam wallet, the money go to steam, if we use the steam wallet to buy games/ items in games, the steam wallet money will go to the game company. So, does this mean we buy steam wallet and then we donate money to steam and games company? Am i right ? Still confused tho

If you buy a game Valve takes 30% of but you already paid for the steam wallets so you don't have to pay anymore,undertsand?.

What you are saying makes no sense. A donation is a kind act where you get nothing in return.
Charging your Steam wallet is not a charitable act. It's the purchase of store credit which you can use for services and products provided/sold by the store.

The moment you buy a wallet card, your money goes to Valve. That's simplified, but correct enough for this topic. When you buy a game, the cut goes to the game developer from Valve.

Steam wallet funds are not real money and game companies do not receive these.

When you inject real money into the platform, it is received and banked by Valve and you in return receive a form of webmoney/store credit. If you buy a game with the wallet funds, the developers simply receive 70% of real money being held by Valve which they banked a portion from you previous.
