The PS3 version included a free steam for the steam version.
So what am I suposed to do? Can i get a new code from Steam? Or is it a lost cause?
You bought a used copy. You can try to argue with the seller, but that's unlikely to get you anywhere.
And no, Steam will not give you another key. The box had one key when they sold it, and Steam games can't be transferred anyway so whether you have the key or not doesn't matter since it was probably used years ago.
Honestly? I there isn't anything you can do, perhaps contact the seller, but likely any key would likely be redeemed long ago. Addionally, it was also a "promotional" item too.
Both portal games routinely go cheap during sales, so stick on the wishlist and wait.
