I lost all my tokens, can you reconsider Valve?
I kept my tokens from last sale, I had a lot of them, I wasn't sure what to buy so I didn't use them right away and right after the last daily mission, the store was abruptly closed, I though that at least they would carry on to the next sale like usual but they ain't even carrying over, they are gone.

This is very confusing, as the whole event didn't mention when the store would close, when coins would be gone, this was a very poorly made event,

Would it be possible to contact Valve and ask them to reconsider, to either let us carry over our coins or at least use them to purchase items from the last event with them? I feel this is very unfair and unprofessional, not the proper way for Valve to treat their customers.

I am sorry for the lost and the furstration, but rules are rules. Use it or lose it, because these tokens are temporary.

Skewed logic. You didn't buy tokens. You were rewarded token for adding funds to your account or making store purchases with non-wallet funds.

It's not Valve's fault you put the cart in front of the horse.
The tokens were free gifts for buying stuff. At no point did you actually purchase or spend money on them.

ROFLMAO. Development does not talk to the end users. There is no way to contact them. The only point of contact between users and steam is support. That's not unique to steam at all, basically all companies operate that way.

Also I hate to break it to you but, thats the typical support response that is used to get rid of people who are annoying them. Development would have absolutely nothing to do with any decisions regarding this. It's marketing and/or sales. They just told you that to get rid of you so you'd stop bothering them.

Not all, but some do. Developers in our company do not speak directly to the clients except the big wigs. The ones that ask to speak to development go through support first, which we end up resolving their issue, hence no need to speak to development. Development is busy working on software.
