I lost all my tokens, can you reconsider Valve?
I kept my tokens from last sale, I had a lot of them, I wasn't sure what to buy so I didn't use them right away and right after the last daily mission, the store was abruptly closed, I though that at least they would carry on to the next sale like usual but they ain't even carrying over, they are gone.

This is very confusing, as the whole event didn't mention when the store would close, when coins would be gone, this was a very poorly made event,

Would it be possible to contact Valve and ask them to reconsider, to either let us carry over our coins or at least use them to purchase items from the last event with them? I feel this is very unfair and unprofessional, not the proper way for Valve to treat their customers.

They already did, after the event banner came down you could still spend your unspent tokens on the event page. I checked it several days afterward and it was still accessible.

Direct Link wasn't on the steam store page though and I didn't see any links to it anywhere.

I think he means you could go directly to the event market page, and it was searchable. But the event was over and Valve doesn't typically leave vestiges of an event up on the front page after the event has ended.

But doesn't matter, 65 posts in and you're still making excuses how your problem wasn't completely self-inflicted.

They will probably also remove the store page when this sale ends as advertised too. So i'm gonna make sure to actually read the rules and know when that is this time.

They most likely won't. You can only blame your inability to read texts. It is not on Valve to fix an issue of your own creation.

I will also send a ticket to support, see if they can fix it and reopen the shop for us, we are their customers after all, we deserve this.
