What did you expect? The various "cards" for different services that you can buy in stores are basically never exchangable for other cards.
They are "store credit", not cash.
How was this not helpful?.
Valve won't accept google gift cards as a payment method.
You can't trade codes through the trading feature, only items.
Doing trades outside of the recommended trading practices is not against the rules but not supported either so if something goes wrong, you're on your own.

I can just send it via steam chat and the trader can just trade me items through via steam trade.
Like I said, that is not supported on Steam and trading in-game items for real cash (let it be wallet cards) is basically asking to get scammed.
I could just send the code and the trader could just send me a trade offer.

that is a DO AT OWN RISK. you are trading for promises, and scammers will promise you anything you want so long as they get what they want, your codes and/or your items. steam support will not assist you in recovering anything lost.
Eh, anything will work, I just need about 20-25$ to buy stuff in steam not real cash. Either way you can sell items with websites such as skinbaron and get their money through paypal and stuff.

Don't worry, I know the risk.
it is also a violation of the SSA to sell inventory items for money outstide of the steam market. you risk your account being locked/terminated for that. if you are determined to sell items outside the trade policy, stop posting, and do not come back here crying when you get scammed. no one is going to help you nor comfort you for being an idiot.
and posting on the forums that you plan to violated the SSA was not a smart idea either.
Hey, don't be rude and some of the websites are official and trustworthy. Even if it's a violation to sell items I'm just asking if its possible
Valve has zero business with these sites and non of them are "official" either.
if you want to trade your google card, find a real life friend and/or family member to trade with. far less risk
Please just search skinbaron, I'm tired of trying to explain some websites are trustworthy.
