Can Steam Wallet cards still earn you reward points when purchased from Best Buy?

They used to years ago, but looking through their terms, I see "All gift cards and prepaid cards are excluded from all bonus point promotions unless otherwise noted.". I'm guessing this extends to Steam Wallet cards too? Looking for confirmation. Thanks.
