Valve is useless
So about 3 weeks ago my steam account was hacked and my entire csgo inventory was stolen (600$) The hacker somehow bypassed my Mobile authentication, which Steam Support had no intrest telling me how it happened. All the items were moved through a trade that was made, and through my trade history I was able to find the account. I presented this information to steam told me that i would have to report the account first and then they could put a trade ban on it, so I did. at this point I didn't really care about my skins I just didn't want this person making money off them. So for a whole week I sat there twitling my thumbs hoping that valve would do something, and then this morning the temporary trade cooldown was lifted on the items and they were moved and probably sold. Long story short Valve doesn't care about it's users and if you're a victim of some dude in China like I was Steam Support will not help you and even if you have a mobile authentication you are not safe. So i recommend just to be safe people keep their inventories private because anyone can clean you out any time they want.

move on from CS:GO hoarding, then no one would have a reason to hack you for all your worth "net value" on steam
