Unable to access the ''Activity'' page on Steam client & browser
Since few days ago, when trying to access the activity page on Steam client it turns a black screen and when trying it on the browser it says ''This page isn’t working steamcommunity(.)com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500''. Is there any connection problem since it is not only the client but also in the browsers.

Try refreshing the page?

Did you clear your cache?
Steam > Settings > Web browser > delete both cache, and cookies.

Steam client has had internet problems recently. Try again.

Having to reinstall the entire Steam would be an overkill..and that does not explain why people can't even access it on the browsers, the browsers are not related with the steam client yet the activity page gives error there every time when trying to access it.
well thats the only way
sometime this still happen to me but still dont know why
Same problem

Yeah, Steam feed doesn't work for me, as well - Google Chrome (error message) and Steam Client (black page), as well!

Could just be that Steam gets really busy during the sale.

Happens with high traffic. Try a force page reload (Ctrl+F5 in many browsers, or your shortcut).

Same here, on mobile, web browser and client. I tried with another account and it works ok, so it must be something on their end.

For me what solved it was going here: https://steamcommunity.com/my/blotteredit
and unchecking «A group I belong to → Posts an announcement».

Some people seem to have solve it leaving groups they don't use anymore, but it didn't work for me, must be some specific groups causing the issue.

Got the info from this post:
