Report a translation problem
These are two free programs that I have used for almost a decade to rebind keys for games that don't allow it because I use arrow keys and numberpad keys for things like jump etc. The program itself won't do anything because you have to make the scripts to automate or rebind things. It's very usefull and the syntax is realy easy to learn , kinda like BASIC.
