I've only run into maybe one script kitty in my entire time on Roblox (a few years, sadly).
But a ton of cheaters on Steam games with VAC protection.

Smaller player base. The less players there is, the less cheaters, both absolutely and, more important, relatively. Cheaters usually flock to where's the must fun (for everyone else) to destroy and Roblox doesn't nearly have the reach of Dota 2 or CSGO.

Roblox has fewer players, a larger percentage of players that are too young/inexperienced to cheat and very few people care enough about looking good on Roblox to even bother cheating.
