Which one is using the most?
Your spec don't include your GPU, for example, so for all we know you're using the iGPU (display is connected to your motherboard's rear I/O instead of the graphics card on the expansion slot level) and you're wondering why the game performance is poor.
Because if it occurs outside gaming, then do what Jaunitta says. Check what's hogging your resources, consider scanning your computer if it "suddenly got slower."
