Well, I only know Warframe, and I've played some Path of Exile a while back -- neither of those qualify as "fun" for me, especially after the initial giggles about Ordis' random lines ("Ordis has been counting stars, Operator. All accounted for") wears off. The worlds are meant to be serious.

What I've seen from PUBG seemed a bit comical, but juding from context that wasn't actually the intention.

Borderlans has a good deal of "not too serious" elements, especially the crazy world design that they have. Battleblock Theater probably qualifies as "fun" as well. However, neither of them are free (then then, PUBG isn't free either).
