Friends list servers down ?

Hi.
i wish someone can help me fix that
when i try to see my friends list on pc it says this

FRIENDS NETWORK UNREACHABLE

This failure may indicate that your local network is offline or that the Steam Friends servers are currently offline.

on mobile it works fine but on pc i dont know why plz help me

It's working for me currently (EU). Plenty of friends show as online.

it doesn't for me it says just that, and i'm in Saudi Arabia

It is a common problem caused probably by Steam in the last maintenance.
Open steam, in top left click on "steam" and select "settings", select "web browser" and click on "delete web browser cache".

same here, did the clear web cache still friends network unreachable message

what i did find is spamming the retry connection works until it finally connects.

Yeah. I'm afraid should the fact another server configuration occurred, Steam might end up having problems which would affect the entirely of Steam Store, Friends Network, and Steam Community. Worse, it would also end up sending invalid response that we cannot allow that...

its 10/28/2019 and i have tried clearing the cache and my friends list still wont connect..?

some one said they were able to get the friend list working by closing steam with the task manager. I was able to do the same by ending steam.exe on the processes tab and rebooting steam after that.

Word of caution, you may have to do this each time you boot up the client. The phone app and web chat are not affected.

Hello guys , after a several unsuccessful attempts trying to solve this problem i finally did it !
Let me tell you how the problem got fixed :
Right Click on steam shortcut and in the target field after the text in my case :
Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe just add this:
" -clearbeta" without the quotes make sure to copy the text correctly , because there is space bar infront -clearbeta.

Nothing seems to work for me, i can log in and chat on steampowered.com on Chrome but i can't log in on the desktop app. I've tried uninstalling steam and then reinstalling it, it didn't work. I had a friend log in on my computer and his works fine. Idk what to do, i can't play with my friends or chat with them. Any other ways to fix it?
