List of released early access games
I am interested to get such a list and do some analysis (I might share the results), but I don't know how to get such a list. It seems Steam client doesn't have such a possibility, so it should be some kind of external service.

Anyone knows how to get it?

Yeah, the lists are incomplete. I doubt you will find a complete one anywhere, considering the sheer amount of titles involved. Also there are lots of Early Access games that were never finished and still left the Early Access program, so even if such a list exists, it probably wouldn't be accurate anyway.
Uhm... bit of a 'no true scotsman' in that statement. If the game leaves Earlyt Access then the developers consider the game finished. You don't get to decide when a game is finished , that's up to the person making the game.. By that definition... no video game has every been finished because every video game has to leave a lot on the cutting room floor.

A good place for that list by the way That's also a bit more up to date is:

https://steamspy.com/genre/Ex+Early+Access

The number's up to 1500+ by their count and there are a couple releases every week.

Cool, didn't thought that someone already did analsysis. Though it's 2 years old one.

First two links lists looks incomplete, only "big" titles are there and are dated.

I was hoping for some kind of real-time tool, similar to https://steamdb.info/graph/

Filtering by "early access" tag shows there are more than 4000 (but how much more?) games with it: https://steamdb.info/tags/?tagid=493 And it also miss information about released games (looking at e.g. Starbound it doesn't have early access tag anymore).

The funny thing is that some games are released and in the shop they don't have anymore that special "Early access game" entry, but they still have "early access" tag (can be seen in the shop, or using steambd.info , e.g. Unturned). Why such inconsistency exists?

Well, there are store related genres and there are user-defined tags, the store related genres can be changed from the developer/publisher at any time but the user-defined tags can't.

My guess is that steamdb.info stores all ever applied user-defined tags, so does Steam, so a user-defined Early Access tag that may never have been applied to a specific game wouldn't have it later on.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I was really talking about games that were left unfinished but released out of Early Access at the same time.

Here is one example.

The stages were never completed https://steamcommunity.com/app/257050/discussions/0/666827974848544623/

I checked
https://steamspy.com/genre/Ex+Early+Access
and
https://steamspy.com/genre/Early+Access

Apparently Arctico game avoided both lists
https://store.steampowered.com/app/325210/Arctico/

That game is in alpha since 2014 but has no Early Access section on it's store page.
Do you consider that game released or not?

You had your answer...

It was an EA title that got removed for some odd reason.
