Achievements not counting, email please?

How to email support directly? their help page has nothing on the issue I am having

(profile for past week now has refused to acknowledge I have 100% two more games and refused to add achievements to my count, and NO THE GAMES ARE NOT BEING LEARNED ABOUT)

Not a major issue but annoying they refuse to count them all of a sudden no matter what game I play. They seem to be updating on my friends profile but mine it does not.

I cannot find anything on the help section to properly click on and inform them to help fix this issue.

Support have nothing to do with that and thats why they don't have an e-mail adress because people like you would be clogging it up with junk like this.

But are they real games? I have the same problem but I have those type of games intentionally.

not sure what you mean unless you are on about real copies of the games or games bought outside of steam yet played with the client, I don't have those games if that is what you meant.

Games not counting past few days are

Sonic Forces (5 achievements)
Foto Flash 2 (3 achievements) (100%)
World of Final Fantasy (2 achievements)
Bendy and the Ink Machine (chapter 5 achievements, around 6 i think)
Zup! Zero 2 (160) (100%)

All these games achievements added before when I unlocked a lot of them earlier date this year. So not sure why they won't add now.


Not sure why past week and still now my profile refuses to update and add them on, I changed nothing in my profile for it to not count them.

Is something down on steam's end to verify these to add them on or what because I noticed today I cannot turn my cards into gems, saying there is an issue, I wonder if it is the same issue causing profiles not to show properly the updated stuff but I dunno how it works, sure other users do however.

Just to start with one of your most recently played games is Zup which immediately is not a 'real' game and scanning through a bunch of your other games it's not hard to believe you have many more.

You have a similar achievement percent to me but with 81,000 achievements which suggests that despite some of them counting as real you probably have more that are not.

So have they just stopped counting at a certain amount then? Zup I understand not counting specially with past games have tons of achievements but the others such as WOFF and Sonic games suddenly not counting baffles me as those do count as real games and have in the past too, no reason for them suddenly not to.

Also as for percentage far as I found out it depends on how far you completed the achievements on a game, usually it goes up once you are above 75% completion rate. So that is why I have it similar to yours, a lot of horror-like or survival like games gifted from my friend I tend to not play alone yet due to unlocking an achievement on it or so it put my rating down before only around 5% unlocked on it.

Still doesn't explain why none have updated to 100% i should be at 120 games 100% now not 118. Past zup games areon that list and counted and counted for my friend's count.

I just have to accept it no more will ever add on and it is stuck there now, oh wells

The games that you keep mentioning (Foto Flash 2 and Zup Zero 2) which aren't adding to your 100% completion count or achievement count are games that Steam is still learning about. It's not hard to understand.
