The data is cached and may take up to 2 hours for changes to be recognized.
games dont count as you cant trade them and they are bound to the account , and selling accounts is not allowed
but you have a vac so your account is worth 0$
The official value according to the Steam SSA is $0.00.
This is so regardless of the VAC status.
The 'unofficial' value, at least the one by SteamDB takes into consideration the average price per product.
It utilizes the cached data about owned games and makes an average.
The VAC or restriction status doesn't nullify average product cost.
but if you have valueable items in your inventory , they can be sold for steam wallet so if you have 100 keys for tf2 , you have around 175€ value in your account ( i think you get 1.75€ per key you sell for around 2€
The API just collects the average product price.
