There is no sound in certain games.
Hello, before I start I want to specify my computer:

MSI GP62MVR 7RFX LEOPARD PRO

1x16 DDR4 RAM
1TB HDD Storage
250 SSD Storage
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB Graphic Card

----------

A month ago I bought my computer and ran all the steam games pretty well and without problems.Lately I am having problems with some games like Call of Duty Black Ops3, Saints Row IV, Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City and Star Wars BattleFront 2 (2005 classic).

Black Ops 3: I start the game and the frames are fine but the audio is not heard (I have verified in the audio mixer or sounds of the game and there are no errors).

Saints Row IV: I start the game in the beginning where the AMD logo appears, everything sounds good but when it comes to the game menu it does not have sound.

Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City: same story of black ops 3

Star Wars: the game runs well and everything, when I start a battle the game works at 100% for 10 seconds then the frames go down and it has no sound.

I play the Dead Space 2 game perfectly using Steam without any problem and I can also play games that are not steam perfectly like Assasins Creed 4 Black Flag, Tera Online, Fortnite and Runescape.

I installed and reinstalled the sound drivers and graphics card, I changed the preferences of the graphics card (always use nvidia), I ran steam as an administrator, I checked the windows updates and verified the integrity of the games. I have not had a solution to my problem please help me.

First thing I would recommend is testing the games on a different Audio Playback Device (like USB headphones or bluetooth speaker) to see if the audio works fine on those. If so, what fixed it for me was uninstalling both Nahimic 2+ and Nahimic VR. [At time of posting, I do not know if uninstalling Nahimic 2+ was nessicary for the fix, but uninstalling Nahimic VR was. I have also not tried re-installing them to see if audio still would still work with a new install]. Hope this may help.
