Valve, is the new steam update scrambling games?

Since the new update, I have been having some very weird issues with alot of my games in my library.

Currently WarThunder is unaccesible, while still installed. Crashes.

Endless Space 2 is crashing left and right, but Endless Space 1 is able to work, but barely.

Alot of my games are minimizing at random moment which causes freezes and exceptions.

Steam is also having alot of issues with "game is already running." but the programs are not coming on screen.

Can some light or help be shed on this?

Update: May be forced to clean uninstall and re-install games that do not work.

Edit: [Majority are saying access or bug splat or crash reports. Some even saying can't access servers.]
Company of Heroes is down
Company of Heroes 2 is down
Endless Space 2 is down
Endless Legend is down
War Thunder is down
Nightside is down
Treasure Planet Battle of Proycron is down
Earth 2150 -2160 is down.
Cities Skylines is down...loaded up then crashed completely.

Order of War works but has to be played in Safe Mode standard has glitches can not be switched to proper graphics settings. [will have to code it.]
O.R.B. works
CnC series of games are working but seems that options or mods have been disabled.
Original War works but has no graphics options to adjust.
Earth 2140 works but glitchy and screen is all over the place. [Needs a windowed mode update since fullscreen isn't working well at its graphics level.]
Total War Napoleon is fine.
Total War Medieval is fine.

I also have warthunder installed, tho I haven't checked if this issue is happening on my end as well.

edit: there have been no issues on my side.

Do you have any "storage cleaning" programs?

2 days ago I was playing Warthunder fine, now its doing this weird lock out. Same thing with Endless Space 2.

Is there something I need to change?

edit: could a virus removal system cause issues?

There shouldn't be any need to change anything, however in time, USB ports tend to fail, if that's the issue (testing it is as simple as unplugging and plugging in another USB slot), then sadly there's nothing you can do about it except either take the pc to a repair shop and ask if they can repair the used USB drive.

- No, there isn't, I myself keep my steam folder on my HDD and my most played games on my SSD, however I haven't done anything extra except move the instalation folder.

Company of Heroes works just fine, I just played it.

It's known that removable drives can cause issues, Steam even warns for them on their support pages.

Do you have Steam active all the time? Otherwise shut down the computer, take the drive out and back in and then restart the computer and Steam.

Does it work then?

Didn't have a problem for nearly 10years.

But here is a riddle.
Men of War and Men of War Assault Squad series do not work. But, Men of War Vietnam does?

Its all over the place. I am literally going down the list of games and having to uninstall them. And probably going to have to re-install.

But its tiresome that the new update seems to have caused such a massive problem. All of my games were working perfectly fine until this.

Also, the Chat UI boots before the Library UI, which might be the cause of some of the problems.

Found out the problem.

I have to Disable my Nvidia 750M Geforce in order to get my games to work?

I thought the reason for the Nvidia was to play the games!

Same 10 years pc never get problems on Steam or other, imo ppl don' t make clean installs and updates that is the cause of most of problems-crash-like-related, also be warned on Gaijin games (war thunder) suspicious rus dev for malware use scams related.
