For how long can I play my games without internet when Steam is in offline mode?

Usually there is no limit. Some games that use 3rd party DRM systems like DENUVO may require you to go online after a few weeks to verify ownership again with their servers.
Also some games may require a permanent internet connection because of gameplay reasons.
But most games can be played for as long as you want without the need to go online again.

depends on if it uses Steamworks. From what I understand, there are some games that you can open and play through the game's folder on your computer without even having Steam open. Other games are alot more strict, like a game with uPlay where you have to stay connected to Ubisoft's servers at all times to stay connected to your game(and if their servers are down, tough ♥♥♥♥).

No so much anymore...the new system they want to enforce...even if you bought a actualy software version is, if you dont update through stram at least once....you can never use that software. Lots exeamples...( install skyrim or fall out without internet from software bought obly, you you have no internet access, it will freeze the program after boot up screen without update to Steam.

I have played Skyrim offline for well over a month with no issues and Fallout 4 through family sharing on another account offline for over 200 hours last month.

Your issue is with Bethesda for making them need Steam for the first time update before going offline.

If you download these,error full games on hard disk they will not open and ea games works only on one computer. Steam is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. there is no games in my language.
