Here is a testimony to how its going to be.

I wanted State of Decay 2 = On XBOX/PC Shop > Buys Voucher > Signs in Windows Store Shop > Needs to Update Security Info > Does so > Doesn't get Code sent > Need to wait for Code...Can't buy game...when I retry I get "I can't sign in site right now"...I HAVE TO WAIT 1 MONTH!!!

And through all this is how I found things about Microsoft buying Steam, but its not true

I was hoping that I would get Mass Effect Andromeda too and avoid EA Origins...but so not the case (Only available for Xbox).

You want to buy State of Decay 2 on Steam with a Microsoft voucher even though the game isn't on Steam but you thinking Microsoft own Steam even though the game isn't even on Steam and somehow Valve are to blame for Microsoft preventing you from buying State of Decay 2 for a month on the Xbox Store for security reasons?

This. A good rule of thumb is that the more groundbreaking/incredible a news is, the more likely it is to be fake and the more sceptical should you be while digging for sources.
