Half-Life Complete Bundle not available?

I really want to get this bundle, but clicking on it takes me to the store homepage. I live in Canada, so maybe it's region-locked? Any solutions? Buying the games invidually costs a bit more than the bundle, so I'm really hoping this gets fixed soon.

Yes, but I'm hoping for the complete bundle. The complete bundle shows up in the store search results, but doesn't show up on the Half-Life page itself.

It is not available for purchase.

Each individual title is on sale for less than $1 and should be able to be purchased.

Fair enough, but then I feel like the bundle should be removed from search results if it's unavailable. Collectively, the bundle is a better deal than buying them individually so I'm a bit sad about it (poor student here).

Valve does it every now and then.

The Valve Complete Pack is also on a high discount.
