Can I run BioShock Infinite at a steady 30 or 25fps on my system?
These are my laptop's specs:

-128MB Dedicated video RAM
-4GB RAM
-Intel(R) HD Graphics
-Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3060 1.60GHz
-1.6GHz
-Windows 10 64 Bit
-Realtek High Definition Audio
-256GB hard drive

On 128 MB VRAM? I'd say no just based on that alone.

Absolutely ZERO chance.

WAY below minimum requirements, CPU and GPU.
Your CPU is way weaker then the minimum required. Same for your GPU, Bioshock Infinite needs at absolute MINIMUM 512 MB of video RAM.

Very under powered CPU.
The rest just squeezes in if your GPU is intel HD 3000 or better and you can assigne more vram, 512mb, in Bios.

But if you plan to upgrade in future, i would grab it at the sales because your account is portable :)

I ran it at 40 fps on medium settings with 1 GB VRAM (Nvidia GTS 450), so take what you want from that.

Intel i3, can't remember the GHz from the top of my head.

I run it at minimun at 24fps on mi grandpa pc, an amd e350 dual core 1.6ghz, 2gb ram and 300mb of vram. You cant even move it with that pc you metion it.
