About removed game and Achievement

Can I use Achievement in Achievement showcase from removed game? Thanks for replay

Yes. I believe you can, because the achievements are stored in the database, despite the game's removal. Removing the game only makes the game unavailable on the Steam store. Same thing if you want to re-download a removed game that's in you Steam game library.

There are two levels of game removal. If the game has just been removed from the store because the license ran out or similar then all other functions of the game (achievements, showcases, trading cards) will work as always.

BUT if the game was removed because Valve severed all connections with the developer then you cant display achievements or badges from those games on your profile.
The game will also no longer count for your games list.

Because all data connected to those games has been deleted from the Steam database.
