How to report a developer?
I've found a manipulative developer. He makes asset flip games, with suspicion of pirating assets (that's a theory however). He bans people for criticism on forums and removes the negative reviews, leaving his asset flip game with "mostly positive" rating.

How do I report "developers" like this?

Devs cannot remove reviews so that’s not happening

There is a report flag on each store oage

Let's break that down:

- Asset Flip games - Not illegal. Nor against policies
- Pirating assets. That requuires the original owner of those assets to file complaint.
- Banning people. Well it's their forum.
- Negative reviews cannot be removed. So you're actually outright lying here.

I notice you don't mention the game and let's be honest. Mostly positive usually means there's at least something good or enjoyable about the game. But since I can't check and filter for steam purchases. I can only assume.

Putting these together. Let me deduce a scenario.

You accused the developer of asset flipping and stealing on their forums, they banned you and now you're miffed, both at the fact that you were banned and the fact that many others seem to like the game. So now you seek to report the developer.

What you might believe is not enough to report a developer, even if you had evidence, it would have to be the owner of the material that was abused who had to make the DMCA/Report.

That is simply a lie, developers has no such power, they can flag an abusiv review, then it's up to Valve and their Globalmoderators to take actions.

I suspect, the problem is, you don't like the developer, and now seek a way to hurt him.

If any games is in violation with Valves rules, there is a reportfeature on every games storepage, feel free to use that, but keep in mind false reports might come back to bite you in the behind.

It's not that I just "don't like" the developer.
Ok, my mistake, it looked for me that some bad reviews disappeares, but apearently there just appeared some positive ones, mainly "for lols".
Have a look at this: https://store.steampowered.com/app/856130/Dark_SASI/

Now compare screenshots/trailer with these

You can see, that it has completely copied levels from these packs.

If he has bought those packs, he can use them how he please, nothing that is violating anything.

I've lifted the ban on your account from that hub. There's no deleted reviews there either. (Developers can't delete reviews only flav them for revision) In the future if you believe a game breaks the rules there's a report function on every game store page. Use it to report it right to Steam.
