I don't know if there is a 18+ patch, but as far as I remember, Steam does not allow devs to publish uncensor patches on Steam. If you get an external patch to make the game "different" that's on you and not Steam responsibility.

do we ban skyrim since it has some very questionable mods? how are offsite patches any diffrent then offsite mods? you can't expect to control people who mod offsite. if its content outside the game being sold on the store its none of steams bussness. even if some one adds a satan cult worshipping mod to the game.

There is none. It's what we are trying to convey. It's a textbook example of a double standard. The arguments used against visual novels so far:

- they're not video games, because they have no gameplay
- they show sexualization of underage characters
- if you remove the sexual content from them, you have nothing left

These "arguments" are however based on practically non-existing research and minimal hearsay knowledge, combined with ignorance, density and denial.

Nothing illegal there. They are fully free to lock adult content behind gates but censors are dumb anyway. I'll never agree with censoring ever since I saw them ruin character looks and all that.
