It'll let you bind separate mouse, keyboard, speakers, gamepads, etc. to each monitor and both of you will be able to use them as separate PCs.
To run multiple instances of Steam, use

But if your pc is powerful enough, you should be able to emulate 2 pc's in 1 to play it, using VirtualBox:

That seems to be the easiest way, but I could be wrong.
edit: Eldin's solution seems to be easier, if u can get it working.
edit2: noticed no green lockpad on miniframe but u should be fine, I think.
