I would imagine that since the 'game' is listed as 'Source SDK' it's counting all possible mods and games specifically accessing that feature.

idk what are most popular mods, probably zombie panic source, but i dont think there are that much in it, i dont know any other popular mods. Lot of them might be single player games.
