WHY IS STEAM SO SLOW AND DOESNT LOAD PROFILE COMMENTS

literally the title of this discussion please help steam is super slow to load profile comments and 9/10 times i refresh the page it still doesnt load them, only after a lot refreshes... Is anyone else having this problem.
I did all the fix options such as cleaning dowload cache, cookies, web data, running as an administrator but i still have the problem, pls help

This has been absolutely nonstop for about a week now for me. If community (especially) or store pages load at all it's usually only after at least 30 seconds or so of "waiting for steamcommunity.com" from my browser or just a blank page in Steam itself. We all know Steam regularly has problems since greedy Valve invests so little of their mountains and mountains of cash into actually maintaining the product, but this is the worst it's ever been for this long as far as I remember. And we're not even in a sale just yet. I can't imagine what tomorrow is going to be like, much less the winter sale. Epic is going to win by default at this rate.
