they said they have no info about this problem also its available in my country for ps4 and xbox one as physical disks so the whole point of this subject is that will i get banned if i used VPN to change my steam store region so i can buy Rage 2?

Yes you will have your account locked if you use a VPN to bypass regional laws.

If you have a problem with a game not being available in your region then you should talk to the devs and your local lawmakers.

Using a VPN to bypass region restrictions is forbidden, according to the user agreement.

Yup, that is grounds for account termination.

Tell them to get off their duffs and add a price for you. It doesn't have one, it's on them.

Just buy a ROW (rest of the world = worldwide) key from a retailer like Fanatical or Humble. Both shops will tell you if the game is unavailable in your area, maybe Steam just hasn't got your lical currency for this game yet.
Rage 2 was available for pre-purchase 1 month ago for me but no i cant find it and also i looked at G.2A and it says the key can be activated in my country

Just get an EMEA key from cdkeys or some other site it should work fine

Forgot to mention it has to be via bethesda launcher not steam. Should work fine regardless of region since its only a steam thing with that problem.

It's up to the Devs/Pubs if they want restrict where the game allowed to be sold, as they have those options.

Now if your country contacted Steam, and told them they will be block for a certain game because they want to banned it then Steam needs to follow their terms, and block the game from being sold in that country. They will let the Devs/Pubs know about it for sure. If it's your country demand, then basically you need to take it up with whom in charge of making the decisions of what games are allowed, and what's not.

I suggest this, open Bethesda launcher, see if you're block by them, or not allow to buy from them as well, if so then would indicate one of the two issues above that I mention.

Also all keys are Bethesda keys, there's no Steam keys that I'm aware of, the only people that claiming to have keys/gifts are G*A which seem like a lie, and possible scam to do a charge back on you, as no one selling Steam copies, as Bethesda hasn't issue any Steam keys, and their physical copies only has Bethesda keys.

I suggest you don't buy the keys because the fact that you just said it yourself, and seen it saying it's not for your region for both their launcher, and Steam, which would suggest that you can't redeem the game regardless if it also prevents you from redeeming it as well.

I suggest contact bethesda support, not Steam support, as Steam can't help with this.

Yea, I would never suggest ever buying gifts from someone, because few problems behind them, example of them doing a charge back on you, and good chance you either get scam, or won't be able to get it due to regions issues, or price gap.

Best I can say is get it on Console if you have one, because clearly it's something up with Bethesda, which again I suggest contact them about this issue.
