Any good local coop games which are playable with only 1 controller + 1 keyboard & mouse

I wanted to play some games with a friend of mine but he doesn't have a controller. Most good COOP games were only playable with 2 controllers. Sadly even the gta 5 coop mod requires 2 controllers.
